Have you forgotten how to have fun at parties? Don’t worry, we got you! Whether you've been naughty or nice this year, we welcome you to build a bespoke work or social Christmas Party at Darlo to celebrate the silly season in style.

Throughout November and December we’re transforming our foyer, cabaret space and bar into a festive-themed delight. Thanks to our cabaret seating, up to 50 revellers can exclusively enjoy one of two 4-hour Christmas Party sessions: Lunch (12-4pm) or Dinner (6-10pm). And from 1 December we can accomodate up to 100 guests in a cocktail-style event.

BASE PARTY COST: $2,500

Includes:

  • Personal Darlo Party Planner

  • Exclusive use of our festive-themed foyer, cabaret space & cash bar for 4 hours

  • Up to 50 guests in cabaret seating or from 1 December up to 100 guests in a cocktail-style event

  • A fabulous Host who will perform one act during the party

  • Curated Christmas Spotify playlist

  • Fully staffed event

  • Venue professionally cleaned before your event

On top of the base party cost add $60pp for our food & drink package. Minimum number of guests is 20 and maximum number of guests is 50 with our cabaret seating.

Please note: From 1 December we can welcome a maximum of 100 guests in a cocktail-style event.

Food & Drink Package:

  • A welcome cocktail for each guest on arrival

  • A house wine, beer or bubbles for each guest

  • 3 rounds of canapés

  • Cheese, meat & fruit platters

Terms & Conditions: To secure your session you need to pay a non-refundable $500 deposit. The balance of your invoice must be paid at least 1 week before your event. If you cancel your event less than 72 hours before it’s scheduled to take place we will keep 50% of your total invoice to cover our costs and refund you 50%. If the event cancellation is due to COVID-19 and NSW Health advice please contact your party planner to discuss in more detail.
