Leave the party planning to Darlo - we've got all the cheer and trimmings to make your next event a fabulous celebration 🥂 With different packages to suit a range of group sizes, plus available extras to add the wow-factor, we've got you covered these holidays to throw your dream party without breaking the budget. 

Throughout November and December we’re transforming our foyer, cabaret space and bar into a festive-themed delight. Revellers can exclusively enjoy one of two 4-hour Christmas Party sessions: Lunch (12-4pm) or Dinner (6-10pm).

Red Package

For 40-80 guests

Minimum spend $6,000

Green Package

For 80-150 guests

Both packages include:

  • Personal Darlo Party Planner

  • Exclusive use of our festive-themed foyer, cabaret space

  • Up to 80 guests in cabaret seating or up to 150 guests in a cocktail-style event

  • PA system for speeches and toasts

  • Curated Christmas Spotify playlist

  • Fully staffed event

  • 2 hours of roving canape service (including dietary friendly options)

  • Cheese, meat & fruit platters

  • 3 hour drink package including local beers, cider, boutique wines and soft drinks

Terms & Conditions: To secure your session you need to pay a non-refundable $500 deposit. The balance of your invoice must be paid at least 1 week before your event. If you cancel your event less than 72 hours before it’s scheduled to take place we will keep 50% of your total invoice to cover our costs and refund you 50%.
