COMEDY KIKI: GRANNY BINGO HIGH TEA

Queer Comedy Festival

★★★★ Time Out

Before laughing your chops off in the upstairs theatre for Comedy Kiki, join us at 6pm for a hilarious game of bingo, hosted by Australia’s favourite nanas (and Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2017 Golden Gibbo award winners), Edith Vale & Maureen McGillicuddy.

Served with a delectable high tea (a.k.a supper), come solo, or with friends for a night of bingo you won’t ever forget.

After a lifetime of friendship, Edith and Maureen (Kyle Minall & Thomas Jaspers) are now focussed on spending their remaining years on bringing the joy of bingo, and every detail of their lives, to the people. Now, Edith and Maureen are heading to Sydney to bring Granny Bingo back to the harbour city for Mardi Gras. They may not have fully grasped what Mardi Gras is all about, but that’s okay – if it means more people get to play with their (bingo) balls, they’re happy.
