Young Social Pioneers 2017 Pitch Up

Presented by the Foundation for Young Australians, Young Social Pioneers is Australia's premiere Incubator designed to exclusively support young people leading initiatives that respond to society's most pressing challenges, either through advocacy, community organising or business.  As of 2017 over 250 young social innovators aged 18- 29 have partaken, with 60 inspirational young individuals going through this year.

Join us at the culmination of the 2017 program, as the cohort pitch their initiatives to a live audience for a share of $90K in seed funding.

Throughout the year, we have been proud to support the Sydney Women's Fund 'Conversations for Change' series. Join us for their final Conversation for Change event for 2017 EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK! There will be a screening of the hit film, Dagenham, followed by an expert panel discussion with industry experts in law, diversity and inclusion, and mental health.

Almost every day for 35 years, Arthur Stace spent hours writing a single word - Eternity - on and around the streets of Sydney. Sometimes his mission took him much further afield, to country New South Wales and even to Melbourne.  Stace's identity was a mystery for more than two decades.  Sydney Theatre School Graduate Showcase

Graduating students from Sydney Theatre School's three-year full-time Advanced Diploma of Arts (Acting) program showcase their talents on stage in a selection of short scenes to a specially invited audience of industry professionals. This is also the official graduation event for the class of 2017.
